Rooms are not interchangeable. Capacity, privacy and noise change how honest and short a meeting can be. A hiring debrief on a café table is a different meeting from the same debrief behind a door.
n'Zon has two meeting rooms. They are booked by email or phone — not through the same chair map as coworking desks. Phone booths cover one-to-one calls. The event hall is for larger groups, up to 35 people, from €300/day.
Before you send the calendar invite, decide which of those you need. A standup of four people does not belong in the hall. A workshop of twenty does not belong on the open floor.
