Delete your nZon Space account
You can request deletion here on the website. You do not need to reinstall the app.
nZon Space accounts can be deleted from the Android or iOS app (Account → Privacy & security → Delete account) or from this page. Google Play Data Safety lists this URL: https://nzon.al/en/account-deletion
What we delete
Your login, profile details, notification device tokens, and OAuth connections (Google / Sign in with Apple) for this account. Sessions are revoked so the app signs out.
What we may keep
Booking, payment, invoice, refund, and access records needed for accounting, disputes, or security are retained. Personal fields on the user profile are removed or replaced with an internal placeholder. We do not claim that every historical log is erased.
Active bookings and access
Deletion does not automatically cancel a paid or held booking. Access codes tied to this login may stop working. Contact info@nzon.al if you need a booking cancelled first.
Sign in on nzon.al to confirm deletion. Continue to login. This does not require the mobile app.
